Comfortable place, private parking, very-very nice staff. Incredible location in centre of Beechworth, complimentary breakfast. And close to all the shops and pubs nearby as well as shops cafes. Standard room on the balcony. Plenty of facilities such as: some excellent tea, good heating, and coffee...

The rooms were clean and bed linen and towels were lovely. Easy walking distance to main street of Beechworth.
Some traffic noise as we were in a room on the front. The motel is a classic 70s design, so expect exposed brick everywhere and slate floors!

The location was marvellous and beautiful, so close to everything on the Main Street, in the very quiet area. My room was fairly quiet and well priced with easier access with lugage and a microwave, for instance.
Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

The location was superb. Very friendly and helpful owners.
The room was badly laid out, kettle in very awkward position, TV in unit and had small screen compared to others we have had. The bathroom fan was very noisy and the only opening windows were onto the road which was noisy at the weekend due to the pub up the road and traffic. Limited space in bathroom. Water plentiful but VERY hot, beware!

I liked room 11 on the quieter parking side. I liked the motel's ease of access from the main city circle. I liked the husband and wife management team. I liked the wall heater and aircon set up.
Being a maintenance fanatic, in rooms 10 and 11, I found the plumbing, namely, the water taps in the showersd and on the wash basins to be of poor old fashioned quality. Newer taps use ceramic washers. The wash basin's hot water tap in room 10 was leaking due a stripped thread.
